Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without notifying our office, your appointment may be considered a missed appointment, and the same $50 cancellation fee may apply.
In certain situations, prepayment may be required to reserve your next appointment.
This policy helps us respect the time of every patient while allowing us to accommodate others who may be waiting for an appointment.
